Advanced Safety Data Sheet Management
E-Chemicals centralises all your Safety Data Sheets and automates their monitoring through several exclusive tools:
- Automatic alert when a new supplier SDS is added to your catalogue.
- Alerts and detailed visualisation of changes between two versions of the same SDS with immediate identification of critical changes:
- product release CMR,
- amendment of classification,
- change of formulation,
- new regulatory phrases,
- impacts ICPE, etc.
The platform archives old versions and data extracted from SDSs can be viewed in a few clicks. Additionally, a simplified version of the SDS is made available.
Regulatory watch and risk of obsolescence
The platform analyses your products and alerts you as soon as a regulatory change impacts them.
The following regulations are followed:
REACH, RoHS, Export Control, Photograph, POP, ICPE, PFAS.
E-Chemicals classifies each product according to its obsolescence status and communicate the Last order date (LBO) and the Date of expiry when they are known, which allows you to anticipate the risks of stopping and withdrawing from the market.
Email alerts are sent with each status change.
Some products may be subject to advanced obsolescence risk monitoring for which substitute products will be proposed.
