Premises with controlled temperature and significant storage capacity at -18°C.
Full range of cutting knives for maximum flexibility.
Capacity up to 52 bands per roll with a minimum of 12 mm width per band.

Technical Fabric Cutting Machine

Description :

Dedicated cutting solution for technical fabrics, pre-pregs, and adhesives. Offers precision and versatility tailored to the specific needs of complex materials such as fibreglass, complex technical fabrics, UD carbon fibre, adhesive weaves, Soric, etc.

Equipment:

Industrial chainsaw.
Strip cutting from 25 mm with a tolerance of 1 mm.
Capacity for master rolls up to 1600 mm.

STORAGE SOLUTIONS

Cold storage room

Description :

Many high-performance composite materials require storage at -18°C, such as carbon fibres reinforced with epoxy resin. Cold room storage prevents the degradation of resins and maintains the mechanical properties of carbon fibres.
