( ( 4% ) * 0.6666 ) );margin-right: 4%;'><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\" style=\"padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"   data-bg-url=\"\"><div class=\"fusion-text\"><div class=\"sc-AxjAm xiy60q-0 kRkoFW\">\n<div class=\"sc-1mpwnru-0 dOIcua\">\n<div class=\"sc-1r87fjh-0 cxuwWh post-paywall\" data-testid=\"post-description\">\n<h2>Quelles sont les informations obligatoires \u00e0 mentionner ?<\/h2>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9glementation impose notamment de fournir un bon de transport qui contient toutes les informations suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le nom et l\u2019adresse de l\u2019exp\u00e9diteur et du destinataire<\/li>\n<li>La date et le lieu de chargement et de d\u00e9chargement<\/li>\n<li>La description des marchandises dangereuses selon l\u2019ordre suivant : num\u00e9ro ONU, nom technique, classe ou division, groupe d\u2019emballage, quantit\u00e9 et type d\u2019emballage<\/li>\n<li>Les instructions \u00e9crites en cas d\u2019accident ou d\u2019urgence<\/li>\n<li>La signature de l\u2019exp\u00e9diteur et du transporteur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le bon de transport doit \u00eatre \u00e9tabli en deux exemplaires originaux, dont un doit accompagner la marchandise et l\u2019autre doit \u00eatre conserv\u00e9 par le transporteur.<\/p>\n<h2>Existe-t-il des exceptions?<\/h2>\n<p>Il existe des exceptions et des simplifications pour certaines marchandises dangereuses transport\u00e9es en petites quantit\u00e9s. C\u2019est ce qu&rsquo;on appelle le cas des marchandises transport\u00e9es en LQ (quantit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e).<\/p>\n<p>Ces marchandises b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un r\u00e9gime d\u00e9rogatoire qui les dispense de certaines obligations de l\u2019ADR, comme l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un bon de transport sp\u00e9cifique, la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un conseiller \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou l\u2019apposition de panneaux orange sur le v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>Mais attention, ces marchandises doivent tout de m\u00eame \u00eatre correctement emball\u00e9es et \u00e9tiquet\u00e9es, et \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9es d\u2019une lettre de voiture qui mentionne la mention \u201cLQ\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Quels sont les risques en cas de non-conformit\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<p>En cas de non-conformit\u00e9 du bon de transport, vous vous exposez \u00e0 des sanctions administratives ou p\u00e9nales, comme une amende ou une suspension du permis de conduire. Vous risquez \u00e9galement de compromettre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du transport et de causer des dommages \u00e0 l\u2019environnement ou \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n<h2>Mais comment cr\u00e9er
